Prior to co-founding youngest, David Flynn was Chief Creative Officer of Endemol Shine UK, responsible for overseeing creativity across the group. He created and executive produced innovative global hit The Million Pound Drop, which travelled to 54 territories and won a Bafta for digital creativity, and co-created and executive produced BBC1 hit Pointless, interactive talent show The Singer Takes It All and factual entertainment event Seven Days on the Breadline amongst other titles. David co-chaired Endemol UK’s Digital Board alongside Lucas. He was previously Managing Director of Remarkable Television. He is the youngest of seven, and still struggles to get a word in edgeways at family events.
Lucas Church was CEO of Endemol UK and latterly Chairman of Endemol Shine UK, one of the UK’s largest production companies behind some of TV’s biggest hits. He also chaired Endemol Shine Group’s Commercial Board which globally coordinated and initiated business across more than thirty territories in areas including digital video, gaming, apps and brand relations. He was instrumental in launching game-changing new digital initiatives including Endemol Beyond, the first premium channel network with production hubs across the globe. He's the youngest of four.
